Fier Prosecution Office in cooperation with the judicial police has facilitated the legal documentation of the incident occurring on March 11, 2024, in the center of Fier city, in front of "Piazza" Bar restaurant, at approximately 11:30 a.m., the individuals F.M and K.M, acting in complicity have inflicted fatal injuries causing death to citizen G.B by using a sharp instrument (a knife).

Regarding this incident, on March 11, 2024, Fier Prosecution Office recorded the criminal case No. 382, charging citizens F.M and K.M with the offenses of "Premeditated Murder," committed in complicity, and " Illegal Manufacture, carrying, purchase or sale of cold weapons," as stipulated in articles 78/1-25 and 279/2 of the Criminal Code.

Additionally, Fier Prosecution Office has demanded the court for the imposition of stringent security measures, specifically "Remand in custody" as provided for in article 238 of the Criminal Procedure Code, against F.M and K.M.
Subsequently, Fier Prosecution Office confirms its full commitment to conducting a thorough and extensive investigation into this tragic incident, with the intention of revealing the motives, underlying factors, or potential involvement of other individuals.
