Gjirokastra Prosecution Office, following investigations into criminal case No. 51 of 2024, and in collaboration with the Economic Crime Sector of Gjirokastra Local Police Directorate and the General Directorate of Police, has excecuted the security measure of 'Remand in Custody” against  J.N. This individual is suspected of committing for more than once and in complicity the criminal offense of 'Falsification of Documents', as stipulated in Article 186/2 of the Criminal Code."

This citizen, in complicity with previously arrested individuals F.T. and A.M., on numerous occasions has drafted survey plans and propety appraisal reports using forged licenses under the names A.T., D.H., and the firm 'Geo-Spital'. These forged licenses were used not only with Gjirokastra SCA- but also with Tirana SCA Directorates.
In the contex of this proceeding, the court's decision was also executed for the preventive seizure  of a 122 (one hundred and twenty-two) hectare pasture, located in the area known as “Stojan,” Libohoha Municipality. This was registered in violation of the law by citizen F.T., former director of Gjirokastra SCA, aiming to favorise “F” entity in leasing the land for 98 years to build a photovoltaic park, thereby infringing on the property rights of several individuals. Consequently, an inspection was conducted at the offices of “F” entity, in Tirana, where documents related to the construction license for the photovoltaic park were seized.
