The General Prosecutor Olsian Çela has attended the Dialogue Program, a one-week study tour organized in Germany from 7th to 12th of November 2021, with the senior representatives of the justice system of Albania.

The leaders of the Albanian justice institutions got acquainted with the German justice system, and had different meetings with high-level representatives of German justice institutions such as the Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe, the Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg with whom they discussed on the attitudes of the Federal Constitutional Court in a democratic country of the rule of law.
Issues of independence and impartiality of the justice system were the main topic of the visit to the European Court of Human Rights, where the main issues of Albania were addressed with the elected judge of Albania to this institution during the meeting. Meetings with the representatives of the German Bundestag were also part of the visit.
The dialogue program attended by the leaders of the Albanian justice institutions was organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, in the framework of the support to the implementation of the justice reform in our country.
