Three people were arrested following the request of the Prosecution Office at the Court of First Instance of Durrës on 17.01.2023, suspected of the criminal offenses of "Forgery of documents", provided for by article 186/3 of the Criminal Code and "Abuse of duty" provided for by article 248 of the Code Criminal. The arrested are the following citizens:

Z.D., suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Forgery of documents"; 
A.I., suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of duty"; and
F.I., suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Forgery of documents" in the form of use provided for by Article 186/2 of the Criminal Code.

The Prosecution Office at the Court of First Instance of Durrës has registered criminal proceedings no. 592/2020, after the report of several residents of the village of Kamerras, Administrative Unit of Manëz, who allege that by means of falsification of documents, the property benefited from law no. 7501, dated 01.08.1991 was taken from them.

After the investigations, it turned out that the citizen Z.D., in the quality of the Head of the Office of Agricultural Administration in Manëz Municipality in cooperation with citizen A.I., a former lawyer at ZVRPP (Local Real Estate Registry Office), today ASHK (State Cadastre Agency), Durrës, by falsifying the cadastral item "agricultural land" with an area of 5000 m2 of land, have alienated it by passing it into the ownership of citizen F.I.
During the search carried out in the residence of citizen Z.D., several dozens of AMTP (the act of ownership acquisition of the land), original completed, stamped and incompleted, copies of AMTP as well as about 100 "Survey Plans", suspected to be forged, were seized as written evidence.
