Tirana Prosecution Office has ordered "Remand in Custody" for 38 people charged with the criminal offense of "Production and Sale of Narcotics," committed in complicity, as stipulated in Article 283/2 of the Criminal Code.
The execution of these measures followed a five-month investigation, conducted through specialized methods and in cooperation with the Narcotics Investigation Section regarding the criminal case no. 3116 of 2025. 
Currently, security measures have been executed for 28 people. In the course of the investigation, six other people were arrested by the Narcotics Investigation Section.
The investigations are ongoing concerning other ones engaged in this activity, while efforts continue to enforce personal security measures for 13 others who have been declared wanted.
During the arrests, authorities seized 2.4 kg of suspected cocaine, 300 grams of suspected cannabis sativa, 16 kg of suspected cannabis sativa resin (a chocolate-like substance), 22 kg of cannabis sativa oil, 4 vehicles, 28 mobile phones, 2 electronic scales, €118,900, banknotes with dye suspected to have been stolen from banks, along with hunting weapons.
