Tirana Prosecutor's Office requests the confiscation of the assets belonging to the citizen S.D. and his family members, which are suspected to be secured by criminal activity in England

The Prosecution at the Tirana District Court requests the confiscation of the movable and immovable assets belonging to the citizen S.D. and his relatives. The assets are not justified by lawful source of income and are suspected to derive from the criminal activity of the production and trafficking of narcotics.

The citizen S.D., is on a trial process in England as he has been arrested by the police of Leicestershire/United Kingdom for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics".
The citizen V. D., is on a trial process in England as he has been arrested by the police of Leicestershire/United Kingdom, for the criminal offense of "Fraud, as well as forgery of documents"

Out of the facts’ analysis and the administered documentation regarding the assets of citizens V.D. and S.D., and their family members, it turns out that they have an unjustified economic level and it is suspected that their real estates have been acquired as result of their criminal activity that they have carried out in England.
The parents of the above-mentioned citizens own the property and there exist concrete evidence that they are unjustified.

Based on articles 3, 4, 12, 21, 24 and following the Law no. 10192 dated 03.12.2009 "On preventing and fight against organized crime and trafficking through preventive measures against assets".
THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE DEMANDS:
The confiscation and transfer to the state ownership of the assets owned by the citizens of R.D. and Gj. D. as follows:

- Property type - Apartment of 103.20 m2, in Aleksandër Moisiu Street, Tirana, owned by the citizen Rr. D.
- Property type – Apartment of 100 m2, in Aleksander Moisiu Street, Tirana, owned by the citizen Gj. D.
- Property type - Garage of 17.20 m2, in Aleksander Moisiu Street, Tirana, owned by the citizen Rr. D.
- Property type - Garage of 17.40 m2, in Aleksander Moisiu Street, Tirana, owned by the citizen Gj. D.
