Vlora Prosecution Office has seized the assets worth around 2 million euros. The investigations into criminal case no. 1119 of 2023, based on materials provided by Vlora Local Police Directorate, led to the seizure for the criminal offense of "Money Laundering from Criminal Offenses or Criminal Activity," as stipulated in Article 287 of the Penal Code.

The court imposed the security measure of 'Preventive Seizure' on the following immovable and movable assets at the Prosecution Office’s request:

Apartment: 82 m², ZK 8603, in the "29 Nëntori" neighborhood, Vlorë, owned by citizen T.Q.

Land: 2000 m², located in Radhimë, owned by citizens E.K. and F.K.

Apartment: 108.5 m², no. 98/3+3-22, located in the "Farkë", "Sauk" commune, built by the company "Besa G&T", owned by citizen E.Q.

Commercial Unit (Shop): 50.6 m², first floor, in the "1 Maji" neighborhood, Vlorë.

Commercial Unit (Shop): 89.8 m², first floor, in the "1 Maji" neighborhood, Vlorë, ordered by citizen T.Q.

Parking Space (No. 7): 14.3 m², first floor, with shared area of 20.5 m², total area 34.9 m², located in the "1 Maji" neighborhood, Vlorë, ordered by citizen T.Q.

Parking Space (No. 8): 14.9 m², first floor, with shared area of 21.5 m², total area 36.4 m², located in the "1 Maji" neighborhood, Vlorë, ordered by citizen T.Q.
