Fier Prosecution Office brings before court the defendant O.XH for the criminal offenses "Murder of public officials" remaining in attempt and “Serious intentional injury ".
The Prosecution Office at Fier Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, upon conclusion of the preliminary investigations for the criminal proceedings under case No. 694, of year 2022, has brought before the court the defendant O. Xh. accused of committing the criminal offenses "Murder of public officials " remaining in attempt, " Serious intentional injury " and " Illegal manufacturing, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons ", as stipulated in articles 79/a and 22, 88/1 and 279/2 of the Criminal Code.
This citizen, driven by trivial grounds, has assaulted the citizen F.K, former Mayor of Divjaka Municipality, with a cold weapon, thus inflicting injuries of a life-threatening nature at the moment of the assault.
Simultaneously, the defendant O. Xh has assaulted the citizen G.B., the driver of the citizen F.K, who in an attempt to halt the assault has got injuries of a life-threatening nature during the incident.
