Fier Prosecution Office brings to trial five doctors of Fier Regional Hospital for "Reckless medication”.
The Prosecution Office at Fier Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction has concluded its preliminary investigations into criminal case no. 1437 of the year 2022, and has decided to bring to trial the five doctors from the Regional Hospital identified as L.V (M), E.D., A.S., A.S., and N.B on charges of " Reckless medication " as provided for in Article 96, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code.
Based on the administered evidence, it has become evident that the five doctors have neglected the medical treatment of the citizen B.SH. who subsequently has passed away.
