General Prosecutor, Mradriatik llalla, discussed with his counterpart of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Aleksandër Lumezi, to strengthen the cooperation on cross-border crime investigation.

In a meeting held in Tirana, Mr. Llalla informed the Prosecutor of Kosovo on the current progress of the institution, as well as challenges in the fight against organized crime and corruption.
Both shared the same attitude that is much needed the real-time cooperation between the two structures, to increase the strength against criminal elements.

Kosovo counterparts expressed interest on the functioning of the special investigative methods, as an efficient tool to search evidences.
In addition, the two leaders also discussed further coordination of joint investigations regarding the illegal trafficking.
