Suspecting that it stems from criminal activity, the Fier Prosecutor's Office requests the confiscation of the property of the citizen M.K.
The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Fier General Jurisdiction has completed the investigations of the property proceeding no. 2 of 2022 and based on law no. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On preventing and combating organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against wealth", amended, has sent to the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Fier the request for the confiscation of the property of the citizen M.K., as follows:
- Property of the "apartment" type, with an area of 103m2, Cadastral Zone 8270, Tirana
The investigation showed that this property is not justified with legal income, but it originates from the criminal activity of the citizen M.K., convicted for the criminal offense of "production and sale of narcotics", provided by Article 283 of the Criminal Code.
