The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction has registered property proceedings no. 2, of 2023, which is related to assets in direct and indirect possession of J.H. and G.H. citizens, which are suspected to be derived from criminal activity of the narcotics trafficking abroad. This property proceeding is registered according to Law 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On preventing and combating organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against wealth", amended, based on of reference materials sent by the Fier Local Police Directorate and the verification/investigative actions carried out by the judicial police section of the Fier Prosecutor's Office. The two brothers are under investigation for the criminal offense of "Trafficking in narcotics", Article 283/a of the Criminal Code.

From the numerous and complex property verification/investigative actions carried out, from the exchange of information with law enforcement bodies, from the performance of accounting expertise, as well as from the analysis and cross-checking of administered data, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Fier has requested the Court to seize the immovable and movable assets, bank accounts, monetary sums and assets of commercial companies, etc., worth over 2.5 million Euros, suspected of deriving from the criminal activity of the citizens of J.H. and G.H., as follows:

1.    Property of the "service unit" type, with an area of 375.4 m², located in the "Bishanak" neighborhood, "Skënderbeu" street in Fier;
2.    Property of the "basement garage" type with an area of 198.5m2 in the "Bishanak" neighborhood, "Skënderbeu" street in Fier;
3.    Property of the type "garage basement" with an area of 113m2 in the "Bishanak" neighborhood, "Skënderbeu" street in Fier;
4.    Commercial unit "Store" with an area of 1200 m2, on the main interurban road "Fier-Lushnje";
5.    Property of the "Attic" type, with a total area of 399.6 m², in the "Bishanak" neighborhood, "Skënderbeu" street in Fier;
6.    Property of the type "Apartment", with a total area of 56.9 m2, in the "Bishanak" neighborhood, "Skënderbeu" street in Fier;
7.    Property of the type "Apartment", with a total area of 102 m2, in the "Bishanak" neighborhood, "Skënderbeu" street in Fier;
8.    Property of the "Apartment" type, 73.9 m2, in the "Bishanak" neighborhood, "Skënderbeu" street in Fier;
9.    Property of the "Apartment" type, 103.8 m2, in the "Bishanak" neighborhood, "Skënderbeu" street in Fier;

24.    Movable property "Hyndai Avante" vehicle, year of production 2016;
25.    Movable property "Hyndai Tucson" vehicle, year of production 2021;
26.    The commercial entity PF, named "Xh. H.". 
27.    Commercial entity PF, named "A.H.", with object of activity: "Gym and Aesthetic Center".
28.    Commercial entity PF, with the object of activity "Agricultural farm";
29.    Commercial entity "E.F.", with object of activity: "Gym, space for various sports activities as well as commercial operations with movable and immovable assets, as well as to administer, buy, sell, ...".
30.    6 (six) bank accounts and monetary amounts in these accounts, in total EURO 97,150 (ninety-seven thousand one hundred and fifty thousand) and ALL 1,575,142 (one million five hundred and seventy-five thousand one hundred and forty-two), in the name of citizens AH., G.H., J.H., B.H. and the entity "E.F." sh.pk, at two second level banks in Albania.

The Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Fier has accepted the request of the Prosecution and subsequently the judicial police officers of the services of the Local Police Directorate of Fier and the Prosecution Section, as well as the Agency for the Administration of Seized Assets, have been charged with the execution of the court decision.

The Fier Prosecutor's Office is fully engaged and has prioritized the seizure and confiscation of assets derived from criminal activity, as well as the fight against the laundering of proceeds of criminal activity and against the criminal activity.
