The Prosecution Office for Serious Crimes, following the investigation initiated on the basis of reference material and in cooperation with the State Police, has created reasonable doubts on the involvement of some persons on TNT explosion acts or attempted, dated on 02.10.2015 in Tirana.

Under current procedural acts, the Prosecution Office for Serious Crimes has identified that at least 7 citizens, are suspected to play a role in these actions specified in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania as "acts with terrorist purposes".

The Prosecution Office, in cooperation with the State Police has conducted intensive actions at the time of occurrence of events to discover the perpetrators. A few days ago, the General Prosecutor, Mr. Adriatik Llalla, said during a meeting in Shkoder that "The Prosecution Office, the State Police and other law enforcement agencies are working and soon will have concrete results...”

Following the investigation, on 25.02.2015, the Court for Serious Crimes accepted the request of the Prosecution Office and set the security measure "arrest in prison" for the offense "Acts with terrorist purposes", "The structured criminal groups" and "Committal of criminal crimes by structured criminal group" provided by Articles 230, 333/a and 334/1 of the Criminal Code, to nationals;

2. Ernest Gjuta, dob.1991 (the decision of the court executed by the Police)
3. Kamber Bruka, dob.1984, (the decision of the court executed by the Police)
4. Erjon Dule, dob.1982, (the decision of the court executed by the Police)
5. Emirjon Gjuta, dob.1991 (this citizen was until yesterday under the security measure "arrest in prison", initially suspected of the offense of "actions that impede the investigation")
6. V. Gj.  Wanted
7. B. B. Wanted

The investigations so far result that these citizens, in cooperation between them as a structured criminal group and in collaboration with others yet unidentified, are suspected of committed the preparation, placement and explosion of the Unmanned bomb with a mobile device at the pharmacy of the citizen B.T, and placement of the explosive material in the bus station in "Muhamet Gjollesha" street.
The Prosecution Office for Serious Crimes is continuing investigations to fully document doubts on criminal activities of these persons.
