Three individuals are under arrest upon Fier Prosecution Office’s request related to the Criminal Offense “Manufacture and illegal possession of firearms, explosives and ammunition."

Upon Fier Prosecution Office’s request, a precautionary measure of "Remand in Custody" was imposed on three citizens, B.K., B.A., and R.K., for being suspected of committing the criminal offense " Manufacture and illegal possession of firearms, explosives and ammunition," as provided for in Article 278/1 of the Criminal Code.
Fier Prosecution Office, upon receipt of materials from Fier Local Police Directorate, has recorded the criminal proceedings for the offense of  "Manufacture and illegal possession of firearms, explosives and ammunition," as provided for in  Article 278/1 of the Criminal Code. It was  revealed that the individuals involved were found in possession of two 'Glock Austria' 9 mm firearms, in public places. The fire arms were confiscated as crucial material evidence.

Following prior actions, the court was sought for personal security measures concerning these individuals. There was a reasonable suspicion that they have committed elements of the criminal offense " Manufacture and illegal possession of firearms, explosives and ammunition," as provided for in Article 278/1 of the Criminal Code.
Fier Prosecution Office is pursuing further investigations in connection with this criminal proceeding, to  uncover the involvement of other individuals or additional criminal facts that may have occurred.
