Tirana Prosecution Office has transmitted to the Ministry of Justice the documentation regarding the extradition of Dritan Rexhepaj from Turkey
The Prosecution Office at Tirana District Court has transmitted to the Ministry of Justice the request for extradition from Turkey to Albania regarding the citizen Dritan Rexhepaj.
This citizen was declared internationally wanted since January 2014 by the Serious Crimes Prosecution Office in the context of executing a decision of the Serious Crimes Court that declared Dritan Rexhepaj guilty concerning criminal offences "Murder committed under other qualifying circumstances" committed in complicity, "Murder with intent " committed in complicity, and "Manufacture and illegal possession of firearms and ammunition," as provided for in Articles 79/c-25, 76-25, and 278/2 of the Criminal Code.
