From the information available, it appears that as of yesterday, January 16, 2024, the Court of Appeal has not yet reasoned the decision, and it has not been deposited in the secretary's office.

Consequently, the procedural timelines for the Appeal Prosecution Office of General Jurisdiction have not commenced, preventing it from exercising its right to file an appeal.
