The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Tirana requests the seizure of the assets of citizen E.H., based on the law "On Preventing and Combating Organized Crime and Trafficking through Preventive Measures Against Property", as amended.

Citizen E.H., was arrested by the Local Directorate of the Tirana Police, since the Court of Appeal for Serious Crimes Tirana, sentenced him to 1 year and 4 months for the criminal offense of " Forcing through blackmail or violence to give out the property ", provided for by Article 109/ b of the Criminal Code.
Referring to the criminal position in charge of the citizen E.H., the assets which are not justified from the economic point of view, and which are suspected to be connected and derived from criminal activity, have been identified in advance.

Assessing that, there is sufficient data proving the criminal activity of the citizen E.H., convicted for the criminal offense of "Forcing through blackmail or violence to give out the property", provided by Article 109/b of the Criminal Code and that the property was placed after the conviction; and considering that it has been proven that these assets, the object of the property investigation, do not have a legal origin, the Prosecution Body requests the sequestration of the following assets:

1.A building located in cadastral area 2884, with property no. 1302/16-ND2, with a surface area of 147.8 m2, with address: Paskuqan; 

2.An apartment owned by citizen F. H., with an area of 105.2 m2, with an address in Yzberisht, Tirana;

3.Property in the name of citizen F.H., "garage" type property with an area of 18.6 m2;

4.According to the business contract, 9 parking spaces in the residential building on "Ish-Fusha e Aviacioni" street and "Dafinave" street, Administrative Unit No. 7, Tirana, as follows,

1) Parking place with no. P41, located on the basement floor of the building. 
2) Parking place with no. P42, located on the basement floor of the building. 
3) Parking place with no. P43, located on the basement floor of the building. 
4) Parking place with no. P44, located on the basement floor of the building. 
5) Parking place with no. P45, located on the basement floor of the building. 
6) Parking place with no. P46, located on the basement floor of the building. 
7) Parking place with no. P47, located on the basement floor of the building. 
8) Parking place with no. P48, located on the basement floor of the building. 
9) Parking place with no. P49, located on the basement floor of the building. 
 
5.The vehicle owned by citizens S.H., brand Toyota, type Yaris;

6.Vehicle owned by citizen F.H, brand BMW.
