Institutional coordination for recommendations in the fight against crime for 2022
Tirana, 08.02.2022. The Prosecutor General Mr. Olsian Çela received in a meeting today the Minister of Justice Mr. Ulsi Manja with whom they discussed issues related to the coordination of work between the two institutions on the eve of the preparation of priority recommendations of the Council of Ministers in the fight against crime for 2022.
The Prosecutor General and the Minister of Justice discussed about the new judicial map which is in the phase of consultations with the stakeholders and they assessed the necessity for its adoption to the needs of the prosecution system today.
The leaders of both institutions agreed to coordinate the work for the interconnection of the systems of the foreign jurisdictional relations with which the Ministry of Justice and the General Prosecutor’s Office operate regarding the execution of the rogatory letters.
