The State Attorney General of the Republic of Croatia, Ms. Zlata Hrvoj-Šipek, visits Albania upon invitation by Prosecutor General Mr. Olsian Çela.

Upon invitation by Prosecutor General Mr. Olsian Çela, the State Attorney General of the Republic of Croatia, Ms. Zlata Hrvoj-Šipek, made an official visit to Albania, accompanied by Ms. Snježana Frković, Deputy State Attorney General of the Republic of Croatia as well as Mr. Tonći Petković, Deputy Municipal State Attorney in Zagreb.  
The focus of the meeting between parties was the cooperation between the two prosecutor's offices in the fight against criminality, with a special focus on cybercrime as well as laundering the proceeds of the criminal offenses.

The two Prosecutor’s Offices signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2007 for cooperation in the fight against transnational crime and laundering the proceeds of criminal offenses. 
The data show a high level of legal assistance in the criminal field between the two countries, where only in the last 3 years, 48 rogatory letters have been mutually sent and 4 extraditions have been carried out. 

During the official visit, the Attorney General of Croatia and the accompanying delegation held meetings with the Chairman of the High Council of Prosecutions, Mr. Alfred Balla and the Head of the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPAK), Mr. Altin Dumani.
