At the end of the legal term for the expression of interest for candidates in the High Council of Prosecution, the prosecutors below from the Prosecutor’s Offices of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction and the Prosecutor’s Offices at the Court of Appeal expressed interest and submitted the required documentation:
• Mr. Moisi Duda, prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction;
• Mrs. Afërdita Ndoi, prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction;
• Mrs. Edina Kurti, prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of the First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës; 
• Mrs. Edlira Bako, prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Elbasan;
• Mrs. Elsa Miha, prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana;
• Mr. Olgert Eminaj, prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Korça; AND
• Mr. Vatë Staka, prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Shkodër.
Regarding the 3 (three) vacant positions in the HCP, for 2 (two) of them first-instance prosecutors can be elected, and for 1 (one) position a prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction can be elected. 
The Administration of the General Prosecutor's Office, within 7 days from the day when the deadline for submitting the request and relevant documentation closes, verifies the legal conditions and announces the candidacies on the official website.
